Richard acts for both individuals and businesses in London and the West Country and has a working practice that is adapted to suit the needs of his clients. By making sure that he is available when and where the client needs him he ensures that the client's requirements are met.

For private clients Richard specialises in divorce and ancillary relief, employment and dispute resolution. He also has a special interest in equine law and its related issues.

For business clients Richard's emphasis is as acting for employers in both contentious and non contentious matters and commercial litigation and advice.

Richard likes to work closely with his clients so that, as a team, their objectives are met. His experience as a barrister benefits the management of the case and allows him to represent his clients at all levels of Court and Tribunal.

Richard is a member of Resolution and the Employment Lawyers Association. He enjoys all types of outdoor activities and is a keen horse rider and dinghy sailor.
