Stephen qualified as a barrister in 1997 and practised in London at the General Common Law Bar before moving to Wragge & Co in Birmingham, where he specialised in taxation.

Stephen relocated to his home county of Somerset in 2003 and joined Poole & Co in 2007. He became a partner in May 2008.

Stephen specialises in all aspects of private client work, including wills, trusts, probate and Inheritance Tax mitigation.
